Homework doesn't have any fun, particularly if you have a full schedule. You have only a little time and some money. And to get through it takes so long. You'll likely jump into the first thing in your mind when you start your homework or into the first thing out of your pocket, and then work the rest of your jobs. A better way is there. Figure out how long you need to do statistics homework and then list all the various tasks you need to do. Determine how long each assignment will take to verify if more time is required.
When your list is ready, you can work straight ahead rather than stop often to find out what to do next. After each assignment that you finish, it will also be extremely gratifying. You figure out that you need a calculator when you work, that you need some book, and that you need a new pencil that you have run off the paper. Since you now have all your tasks listed, sort out all your things and bring them to your space of work so they are there when you need it.
You probably prefer your homework to be in front of the TV while you think about workspaces, but it can potentially be the greatest diversion. You probably slow down to sit in front of the TV, making Psychology homework time much longer. Find a quiet spot, with as little noise and humiliation as possible. No lyrics or beats can distract your attention. Yet work has shown that classical music scores are more measured by students than by other kinds of music. So find a good retro playlist on Spotify, and then rejoice when you finish with Queen Bey.
You may be exhausted physically and mentally at the end of a long day. When you enter the homework directly, you may need a long time to complete it and it won't be your best job. With light healthy snacks and plenty of water, the brain and body are revitalized. Avoid soda, energy drinks or sucrose snacks that just crash before it is done.
Our brains work from recompense mechanisms. It makes it a lot easier to start your homework the next time you give yourself a reward when you finish your homework. Rewards can be watching a show, having ice cream, playing a game, or going out and having fun.
